Ingredients (makes about 24 pieces):
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- ½ cup freeze-dried bananas (crushed or chopped)
- ¼ cup chopped dried strawberries
- ¼ cup crushed pineapple (drained well or use dried pineapple, chopped)
- ¼ cup chopped peanuts (or walnuts)
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips or sprinkles
- Optional: maraschino cherries (chopped and blotted dry)
Instructions:
- Prep: Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or use a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Mix: Quickly stir in crushed freeze-dried bananas, strawberries, pineapple, and half of the nuts.
- Spoon: Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into liners or onto parchment.
- Top: Sprinkle each with remaining nuts, mini chocolate chips, and a tiny piece of maraschino cherry or extra dried fruit.
- Set: Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
