Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into chunks
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha or hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
- Green onions and sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then toss in cornstarch to lightly coat.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer and cook for 5–7 minutes, turning to brown all sides until cooked through.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sriracha, and vinegar.
- Push chicken to the side of the pan and add garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds, then pour in the sauce.
- Stir to coat the chicken and let the sauce simmer for 2–3 minutes until thick and sticky.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
