Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining oil. Stir-fry the garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until just tender.
- Return the beef to the pan. Pour in the sauce mixture. Stir well and cook for 1–2 more minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
- Serve hot over rice.
